The Idaho State Journal and the ISU Communiversity Committee challenges all businesses and residents in Pocatello and Chubbuck to “Welcome Back” our ISU students by decorating “Orange & Black.” ISU will kick off the Fall Semester on Monday, August 24. Let’s greet them with some stylish Orange & Black decorating.
